Computer Workstation Ergonomics

Ergonomics, also know as human engineering, is the science of designing working environments to be safe and efficient during interaction. Improper ergonomics can lead to injuries such as MSDs. The ergonomics of a computer workstation include input device ergonomics and posture ergonomics.
